
Breakfast catering
This morning I delivered healthy breakfast to 40 people. The event started with a gym class before breakfast was served.
Here are some of the recipes, enjoy:)
Healthy flap jacks

Overnight oats, one person
- 1 dl oat milk
- 1 dl oat grains
- ½ tbs chia seeds
- 0,5 tbs honey
- 0,5 tbs melted coconut oil
- 4 tbs blueberries

Topping:
Gojiberries, coconutflakes, sunflower seeds, roasted in salt and cinnamon.
How to make it:
- Mix the dry ingredients with the berries and honey, thoroughly.
- Melt the coconutoil and pour over the mix and keep stirring thoroughly.
- Add the milk and stir until smooth.
- Keep in the fridge overnight and serve with the topping
Green smoothie (2 liter)
- 500 ml juice from apples
- 2 dl frozen broccoli
- 6 dl frozen mango
- 1 dl fresh spinach
- 1 kale leave
- 1 lemon with skin if organic
- Add 500 ml more of juice from apples, mix until smooth.
How to make it:
- Squeeze the apples to juice
- Mix together in a mixer
