Breakfast catering

This morning I delivered healthy breakfast to 40 people. The event started with a gym class before breakfast was served.

Healthy flap jacks

Overnight oats, one person

  • 1 dl oat milk
  • 1 dl oat grains
  • ½ tbs chia seeds
  • 0,5 tbs honey
  • 0,5 tbs melted coconut oil
  • 4 tbs blueberries

  • Topping:

    Gojiberries, coconutflakes, sunflower seeds, roasted in salt and cinnamon.

How to make it:

  • Mix the dry ingredients with the berries and honey, thoroughly.
  • Melt the coconutoil and pour over the mix and keep stirring thoroughly.
  • Add the milk and stir until smooth.
  • Keep in the fridge overnight and serve with the topping

Green smoothie (2 liter)

  • 500 ml juice from apples
  • 2 dl frozen broccoli
  • 6 dl frozen mango
  • 1 dl fresh spinach
  • 1 kale leave
  • 1 lemon with skin if organic
  • Add 500 ml more of juice from apples, mix until smooth.

How to make it:

  • Squeeze the apples to juice
  • Mix together in a mixer
